The Power of Resilience and People-Centred Manufacturing.

I enjoyed giving this presentation today. It is great to collaborate with EMC and continue connecting with organizations that are interested on exploring the power of a People-centred business.

We talked about practical ways that can improve resilience through wellbeing in organizations with enormous benefits, such as performance, job satisfaction, commitment and profit.

I had interesting conversations with some of the participants after the conference and I realized these recommendations may be challenging steps to take for many, but I know it is possible. Start small, obtain some wins and start enjoying the benefits of leading a healthy and committed organization.
