Teaching at Kwantlen University

It never crossed my mind the idea of teaching. It was until a good friend of mine got me into it, I went through an extensive qualification process, and I just finished my first semester.

Teaching is an excellent way of learning, and it is not just because I must prepare my classes, but it also connects me with a generation that requires all the help we can provide. A generation of students who will face enormous present and future challenges.

It is a privilege to have the opportunity to work with leaders in the industry and with future leaders, who are just finding their way into this complicated world of ours. I am teaching Organizational Behaviour and I believe there is great value on understanding how to perform in teams, dealing with conflict, politics, emotions and becoming leaders. This is more important than ever and I feel very fortunate to help them navigate their exciting and uncertain realities.
